My Attachment Based Relationship Coaching Services
Individual Coaching
In my 1:1 virtual attachment coaching sessions , I create a safe, supportive and non-judgmental space where we explore and learn about you and your goals.
We begin with “Self-Discovery” sessions, where we identify your attachment style, explore the areas you would like to work on and set clear goals for the coaching process. The approach remains flexible throughout and can be adapted based on what feels most important for you to focus on.
The coaching program usually consists of approximately 12–16 weekly sessions, although the structure can be adjusted depending on your individual goals.
Together, we explore your core beliefs about yourself (many of which operate outside of conscious awareness), your relationship with your own needs, the way you set boundaries, your communication patterns, particularly in close relationships and your emotional triggers. More importantly, we work actively to shift these patterns. The goal is not only awareness but lasting and meaningful transformation.
My approach goes beyond simply gaining insight. While self-awareness is an essential part of the process, our focus is on creating the meaningful and lasting change you seek. I help you develop tools to navigate relationships with greater awareness, reduce emotional reactivity and cultivate healthier, more fulfilling connections—starting with the relationship you have with yourself.
As this relationship strengthens, it becomes the foundation for building deeper connections with others in your life.
I believe that changing the way we experience life and relate to others requires not only self-understanding but also consistent daily practice. I will guide you through reflective exercises designed to shift your core beliefs, improve confidence and healthier relationship habits. I will support you in developing practical tools and skills you can continue using long after our sessions have ended.

Coaching can be powerful, but it is not a substitute for psychiatric or psychotherapeutic treatment. While I do not provide psychiatric support here, I can help you consider whether such support may be beneficial for you.
I also understand how differences such as ADHD or autism can shape thinking styles and emotional processing. This allows me to tailor support in a way that is more nuanced and aligned with how you
may naturally experience the world.
