Your Relationship Coach

Hi, I am Dr Anna

I’m an attachment-based relationship coach and a medical doctor specialising in psychiatry, with a longstanding background in mental health. Over the years,

I have also trained in a range of therapeutic approaches, including psychoanalytic psychotherapy, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing for trauma treatment) among others.

My professional journey has evolved from working with adults to specialising in child and adolescent psychiatry. This experience has deepened my understanding of how early life experiences shape the way we relate to ourselves and others throughout adulthood.

Through both my clinical work and personal observations, I have come to appreciate that while psychiatry and psychological therapies can be highly valuable, they do not always fully resolve relationship difficulties.

Many people spend months or even years in therapy and still find themselves struggling to build stable, close and trusting relationships. Often, this may point to underlying attachment patterns — particularly insecure attachment style.

Working closely with individuals across different stages of life has shown me how profoundly insecure attachment can affect adult relationships: how we communicate, express needs, set boundaries, manage conflict, respond emotionally and experience intimacy and closeness.

This understanding became the foundation of my approach to relationship coaching.

After an extensive search for relationship coaching and attachment-based coaching programs, I came across The Personal Development School

and completed their training, earning  a certificate.

Their approach deeply resonated with me because it is practical, compassionate  and self empowering. It supports individuals in taking an active role in their own healing and growth, while providing tools and methods they can continue to use long after coaching has ended.
